Leisure Beach is a community of over 300 homes with most having access to the Gulf of Mexico. Canals are approximately 150 feet wide and the community is north of Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park, which makes for excellent for boating, kayaking, sunsets, and bird watching. Why would you want to live here? Keep scrolling!
Our Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving the best interests of our community. They work to ensure that our neighborhood remains a great place to live.
Our partner community, Signal Cove, extends boat ramp access to Leisure Beach residents. Click below for the Signal Cove Members Boat Ramp Access Application.
We are an active community! Join us for community gatherings, holiday celebrations, and outdoor activities that strengthen our neighborhood bonds.
We are always looking for volunteers to help maintain our community, plan events, etc. If you are interested, please use the link below to introduce yourself!

What a difference a morning of teamwork can make! On Saturday, March 7, Leisure Beach proudly participated in the Great American Cleanup for Pasco County, working alongside Sherry Cook, who started the Adopt-A-Road program on First Isle back in 2022. The improvements since then have been incredible.
Our volunteers cleaned the woods along 1st Isle South, the community median, and the vacant lot at the front of the neighborhood. By the end of the morning, we filled a 20-yard dumpster to the brim.
Bear Creek flows directly into the canals throughout our community, so keeping the land that feeds into it clean is incredibly important. As you can see in the photos, it’s looking beautiful and clear.
A special thank you to Officer Zimmerman for stopping by to make sure everyone stayed safe.
And most of all, thank you to our volunteers who came out to help keep Leisure Beach looking its best. I'm sure I didn't tag everyone, but please know, you are all so appreciated. A beautiful cleanup on a beautiful day!
